Admission Rules

  • The Principal reserves the right to grant or refuse admission to any intending student.
  • The Principal may cancel admission without assigning any reason. In such cases, the entire amount deposited by the student will be refunded.
  • Admission forms can be obtained from the General Branch on payment of Rs. 250/- or Rs. 300/- by post.
  • Documents Required
    • Two Passport Size Colour Photographs
    • Original Migration Certificate (Except PSEB & GNDU)
    • Original Character / School Leaving Certificate
    • Caste & Income Certificate (SC/ST)
    • Transfer / No Objection Certificate
    • Photocopy of DMC of Lower Examination
    • Aadhaar Card Copy
    • Bank Passbook Copy
    • Gap Year Students must submit Original Lower Class Certificate within 15 days of admission.
  • Students having compartment must submit the result card within one month of declaration.
  • Students whose results are declared late by GNDU/PSEB may seek admission within 10 days without late fee.
  • Provisionally admitted students must submit original certificates within 20 days, otherwise admission shall stand cancelled.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable if the student leaves during the session.
  • Reservation Policy:
    • 25% Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes
    • 5% Backward Classes
    • 3% Physically Handicapped
  • Five additional seats in every course are reserved for economically weaker students as per GNDU rules.
Important Notice

Original Documents are Mandatory.

Students who fail to submit original documents within the prescribed time for onward submission to GNDU shall be solely responsible for cancellation of admission. All admissions are provisional until confirmed by the University.

If admission is not confirmed by the University due to ineligibility, the fee shall not be refunded. Students are advised to verify their eligibility before seeking admission.
